1) We give you free replacement printheads and drive rollers
Printheads and drive rollers are barcode printer wear parts that need to be replaced periodically, depending on use. You will will begin to notice print defects in your labels when it’s time to replace your printhead or drive roller. Some Pronto! owners will replace printheads and drive roller only every few years, while others replace them as often as 2-3 times per year because they cannot tolerate label print defects such as “voids” (areas of non-printing) that result from a worn printhead or “wavy horizontal lines” that may result from a worn drive roller that can no longer maintain a tight grip on label material.
Replacing wear parts can be an unplanned expense of up to £1095 for each printhead, and £45 for each drive roller. Applying your Pronto! MRC discount is a smart way to buy these wear parts.

2) We lock-in your prices for barcode labels and thermal transfer ribbon
It is common for pricing of paper and petroleum-based products to fluctuate, and recent years have shown steady increases in the costs of the raw materials used to manufacture labels and ribbons. However, we will “freeze” the price you pay against any potential increase in ribbon and label pricing over the duration of your contact. This protects your budget, so you can control and accurately forecast what you will pay for barcode labels and ribbons.
