When you buy a Zeo!, you get our guarantee that we will repair or replace your printer over its lifetime. Your phone call or e-mail to us will be promptly answered by one of the factory-trained technicians in our Technical Support and customer service department, which is legendary in the label printing industry. If we are not able to help you troubleshoot over the phone, your Zeo! label printer will be repaired or replaced under the limited Lifetime Warranty.

For an additional cost, we will even ship you a QuickSwap™ Loaner Printer whilst your printer is being serviced.
